Jinha Chung: I think to be a good leader you need to be a good follower.

Tasleem Thawer: It actually has nothing to do with the individual people, it has to do with the relationships between people.

We thrive on collaborating. Most of the time we are looking for guidance.

Colin Henry: I think we’re just hard-wired to deal with individuals with authority.

Debbie Dimoff: Usually these folks come through because they’re consistent, visionary and they bring the folks and the resources around them to deliver.

Tasleem Thawer: I think people are motivated by wanting to be respected by the people who surround them.

Colin Henry: It’s not only the fact that the person might be charismatic or have some defining quality around him or her, but it’s actually buying into the vision and the direction.
