Jim Carfrae: I think that for large change projects, the most important thing at the start is getting everybody on board, and that’s taking it from a vision and turning it into a shared vision. When you do that, it means that every single person will have put some little piece of input into that.

Tasleem Thawer: I think that leaders are very good at that; at articulating to the people who are perceiving the vision why they are important.

Jinha Chung: There is essentially a high-level vision of your dream, and the actions that you take on a day-to-day basis to make that dream into a reality.

Jim Carfrae: I think that we need to put ourselves into roles that allow us to have passion there, and I don’t think that great leaders can do that if they can’t generate a passion for what they do.
